How do I create an account?
Click “Sign up” at the top of the page. Enter your name, email and password. You will receive a confirmation email to validate.
How much does it cost to rent?
For renters, Kiraee is completely free — there is no booking or confirmation fee. You send a request and can contact the owner directly.
How do I contact an owner?
As soon as you send a booking request, the owner's phone and email appear on your request page so you can reach them directly.
How do I become a partner?
Click “List your property” and create a partner account. Listing is free until your first request is approved; after that, activate your yearly subscription (from 1,000 DH) within 30 days to keep your listings visible.
Can I cancel a request?
Yes. You can cancel a request at any time before it becomes a reserved stay, at no cost. Once reserved, ending the stay needs both sides to agree.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Kiraee uses TLS encryption, stores hashed passwords, and never shares your data with third parties for commercial purposes. See our privacy policy for details.
How do I report a problem with a listing?
