How do I create an account?
Click “Sign up” at the top of the page. Enter your name, email and password. You will receive a confirmation email to validate.
How much does booking cost?
The booking request itself is free. After the owner confirms, a 200 DH fee unlocks the owner's contact details.
How do I become a partner?
Click “List your property” and create a partner account. After identity verification (1-3 days), activate your yearly subscription (1,000 DH) to publish your listings.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, you can cancel before confirmation. After confirmation and payment of the 200 DH, the fee is non-refundable unless the owner cancels.
How do I contact an owner?
The owner's contact details are revealed only after your booking is confirmed and the 200 DH fee is paid.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Kirae uses TLS encryption, stores hashed passwords, and never shares your data with third parties for commercial purposes. See our privacy policy for details.
How do I report a problem with a listing?
