Refund & Cancellation Policy

The 200 DH booking confirmation fee is non-refundable once the partner has confirmed the booking. It covers access to the owner's contact details and the booking guarantee.

The yearly partner subscription is non-refundable after activation. If a technical problem attributable to Kirae occurs, an extension of the subscription period may be granted.

If a renter cancels a booking after confirmation, the 200 DH fee is not refunded. The partner is notified and the booking is cancelled.

If a partner cancels a confirmed booking without a valid reason, the 200 DH confirmation fee paid by the renter is refunded in full.
