Refund & Cancellation Policy

Renting on Kiraee is free — there is no booking or confirmation fee, so there is nothing to refund on the renter side.

Partners list for free until their first booking request is approved, then owe a yearly subscription within 30 days. Pricing rises over time: 1,000 DH the first year, 1,500 DH the second, and 2,000 DH per year thereafter. The subscription is non-refundable once activated; if a technical problem attributable to Kiraee occurs, an extension may be granted.

A renter can cancel a request at any time before it becomes a live reservation, at no cost. Once a stay is reserved, ending it requires mutual agreement between the renter and the owner.
