Terms of Service

By accessing Kirae (kiraee.ma) and using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the platform.

Kirae connects property owners (partners) with renters in Morocco. We facilitate search, booking requests and introductions, without being a party to the rental contract.

You are responsible for keeping your account and password confidential. Any activity carried out from your account is your responsibility. The information you provide must be accurate and up to date.

Partners pay a yearly subscription of 1,000 DH. Renters pay a 200 DH confirmation fee once a partner accepts their request. This fee unlocks the owner's contact details.

Partners undertake to provide accurate, up-to-date information about their properties. Kirae reserves the right to moderate or remove any inappropriate or misleading content.

Kirae is an intermediary platform and cannot be held responsible for disputes between owners and renters. We do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by users.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes by email.
