Privacy Policy

We collect the information you provide when creating your account (name, email, phone), the data of your listings and bookings, as well as technical browsing data.

Your data is used to: provide and improve our services, contact you about your bookings, keep the platform secure, and meet our legal obligations.

We never sell your data. We only share the information necessary between renter and owner after a booking is confirmed, and with our technical providers (hosting, payments).

Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. After account deletion it is erased within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Under Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access, correct and delete your data. Write to us at support@kiraee.ma.

We use TLS encryption for all communications and industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
